That second Champions League spot is still up for grabs and these next three games will be crucial for both sides to see who will be playing in Europe next season.
Spartans put another block In Forfar’s wishes to move up the table with a 3-0 victory over Forfar Farmington. Goals from Louise Mason, Kat Smart and Becky Galbraith seen Forfar slip into seventh and Spartans climb into fourth.
Motherwell have been able to find their winning capabilities once again with a 1-0 victory over Hearts. A penalty taken by Jade Gallon allowed Motherwell to climb into sixth place. Although there is no relegation this season, Motherwell will be pleased to have moved away from the bottom two slots and will aim to stay there when the final whistle of the final game is over.
